Our most popular package is a 2 days trip to Machu Picchu Sunsire plus climb Huayna picchu mountain and a one day trip to the Rainbow Mountain . This special service of a two day by train trip to Machu Picchu takes you on one of the most wonderful train journeys of your lifetime. You will follow the Urubamba River downstream all the way to the cloud forest which surrounds Machu Picchu. Here you will enjoy the unparalleled landscape of the Peruvian Andes throughout the course of your journey. Upon arrival to the town of Aguas Calientes, you check into your comfortable hotel and have free time to explore Aguas Calientes town.
The next day we will get up extra early to embark on the magnificent trip up to Machu Picchu where you will be able to see the sunrise over the lost inca city and have your guided tour of the archeological site after you will climb the huayna picchu mountain.

DAY 1: CUSCO – POROY – AGUAS CALIENTES
We will pick you up at 6.50 am from your hotel to take you to either Poroy train station the train station which is only 20 minutes away from Cusco or perhaps to Ollantaytambo which is 2 hours from Cusco. This depends on the train time you choose to leave on; either way, the train drive is breathtaking with very comfortable seats. During the trip, you will enjoy many glacier peaks, green lush valleys and many Inca farming terraces in both sites of the valley. Moreover, you will view from the train one of the many Inca ruins and the km 82 where Inca classic trail begins. Little by little, you will enter the jungle and Aguas Calientes (2000 meters high above sea level) where our representative will pick you up and take you to the hotel, then you will have free afternoon where you can organize some activities such as visit to the hot springs. Lunch and dinner will be at the restaurant.
DAY 2: AGUAS CALIENTES – MACHUPICCHU – CUSCO
After an early breakfast at your hotel, you will a take bus to the ruins which only takes 30 minutes and departs every 10 minutes. Or if you don’t want to take the bus and prefer to hike along the Inca trail just let your guide know so that he can show you the Inca trail to Machupicchu which takes approximately 1 hour 20 minutes. In Machupicchu you will meet you group where you will have a 2 hour guided tour. You will have extra time to explore the ruins on your own. If on the other hand you want to see Huaynapicchu you can climb or you can go to the most famous spot of Machupicchu. The usual departure time is in the afternoon by train to Ollantaytambo then by bus to your hotel in Cusco.
NOTE: Climbing to the Sun Gate is always available and free to do. This is also an easy way to walk to a lovely spot with views of Machu Picchu below. Huaynapicchu have the best dramatic viewsof Machupicchu. The other option is Machu Picchu Mountain which is 1.5 hours straight up, very challenging and $20 per person. This is probably the most beautiful and dramatic of all views, but all three options are lovely and will result in amazing photos.
DAY 3: CUSCO – Cusipata ,RAINBOW MOUNTAIN - CUSCO
5:00 am. Departure from Cusco to Cusipata Town, average 2-hour trip.
Breakfast (Cusipata Town)
After breakfast we continue the journey to the town of Llacto.
Start the walk from the village of Llacto.
On the way you will enjoy landscapes full of flora and fauna own walk.
Duration between 3 to 4 hours average to arrive at the "Rainbow Mountain".
We will have adequate time to capture this magical place on our photos, memories and enjoy a breathtaking view of the "Rainbow Mountain" and the sacred snow-capped "Ausangate"
Downhill to Llacto, where we have lunch.
After this leisurely lunch, we return to the city of Cusco.
5:00 pm. Arrival in Cusco (approximately).
