I don’t think any of you will lose any weight from doing one of our Adventure Treks since you will be fed SO WELL. You will be fed 5 times a day beginning with a big breakfast, then a snack, tremendous lunch, afternoon tea (called HAPPY HOUR ), and finally dinner...
How about vegetarians? No problem! We cater to vegetarians, vegans and all food allergies. Just let us know if you want vegetarian meals when you book your trek. Vegetarian meals have no red meat, chicken or fish. We will assume that eggs and dairy are OK. Most of our main meals in the lunch and evening are served as a buffet service so you can always leave what you don't like.
How about water? We take tap water from each campsite and boil it for 15 minutes so it is safe for you to drink. There is plenty of water provided during each trek and you need to carry enough water to get you to the first lunch stop. You can refill your bottle at breakfast, lunch and dinner.
WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND THAT RESERVATIONS BE MADE AT LEAST 3-6 MONTHS IN ADVANCE AS PERMITS ARE LIMITED PER DAY AND SELL OUT QUICKLY. IF YOU DON'T FIND SPACE FOR INCA TRAIL LOOK INTO OUR ALTERNATIVE TREKS...
